Meet Paula! She is a long vest created from the most unique vintage handmade quilt with shoes in various fabrics!! She has a funnel collar that can be worn up, folded down or lain flat. The snaps can allow her closed or worn open. She is very roomy with 28 inches from arm put to arm put, 40 inches long and she has an armhole circumference of 22 inches.
